The Fairfax Coffee House offers the finest specialty coffees from the top growing regions worldwide. Each coffee is skillfully roasted in small batches by our roaster to ensure peak quality and freshness. We offer:

• Fairfax Dark: A lighter version than dark espresso with less oil and increased body. The blend includes Ethiopian Mocha Sidamo (Full City Roast) and Costa Rican Tarrazu SHB (Medium Roast);
• Berkeley Blend: A blend of the finest medium roasted Central American coffees. Good body, lively acidity, and all the caffeine. The blend includes Costa Rican Tarrazu SHB; Guatemalan Antiqua SHB; and Mexican Altura SHG.
• Decaffeinated: Guatemalan Antigua SHB (Swiss Water flavor protection process 100% chemical free).
• Bulk Coffee Beans - Whole Bean or Ground to Order

All, of course, are brewed using Berkeley Springs' famous spring water.
